Closing Your Hola Wallet Account

If you've decided to close your Hola Wallet account, we've got you covered. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you through the process: Step 1: Ensure a Zero Balance

Before you proceed with closing your account, make sure your account balance is zero. If you have any remaining funds, transfer them to a different wallet or account.


Step 2: Access Your Account Settings

Sign in to your Hola Wallet account and navigate to your settings. You can do this by clicking on 'More' and then selecting 'Settings.'


Step 3: Close Your Account

Scroll down below the Account menu and select Close account.


Step 4: Confirmation

You'll be prompted to confirm that you want to delete your account. Confirm your decision. Step 5: Email Confirmation

After confirming, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm once again that you want to close your account. Simply hit "Confirm." Step 6: Final Notification

Once your account has been successfully deleted, you'll receive another email notification confirming the closure.

Remember, once your account is closed, Hola Wallet cannot recover any assets left behind, so ensure you've transferred everything to an external wallet or account beforehand.
